Platform for Artistic Excellence

Kalakar Manch invites all Indian classical artists to come together to preserve and celebrate the rich heritage of Indian art and culture. This is a dedicated effort to keep the legacy of Indian classical arts alive, where artists from across the nation can showcase their talents in singing, instrumental music, and dance, contributing to this noble cause through their performances.

The primary objective of Kalakar Manch is to safeguard and nurture the ancient treasures of Indian culture. It provides a platform for classical artists from all corners of the country to unite and promote these timeless art forms. Additionally, the platform facilitates opportunities for national and international artists to share the stage, engage in discussions on Indian art and culture, and inspire the younger generation to connect with and develop a passion for Indian classical music.

Through these efforts, Kalakar Manch aims to spread awareness and foster appreciation for Indian classical arts, ensuring their continued prominence in the hearts and minds of future generations.

Process for Selecting Artists:

It is mandatory for all the main artists performing on the stage along with their supporting artist team or organization to be registered

The artists will be selected by the Kalakar Manch members who are great artists of the country in their field. If any artist or organization is not selected, they will be given a second chance and the artist can fill the application form afresh.

  • The minimum age limit for artists is 18 years.
  • Selection of artists will be based on their YouTube video links, which should be 15 minutes long and of good quality.
  • A total of 3,215 artists from across the country, specializing in singing, instrumental music, and dance, will be invited to perform on stage.
  • The event will be organized in the following states: Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, and Mumbai.
  • The selection of artists will be conducted by the committee of the Kalakar Manch, consisting of internationally recognized artists from across the country.
